While my stay at Doubletree by Hilton Istanbul - Moda had its highlights, such as the stunning views of the Bosphorus and friendly staff, several aspects fell short of expectations. The rooms definitely showed signs of wear, and there were inconsistencies with housekeeping that impacted my overall experience. The noise from the bar at night made it difficult for me to get restful sleep, which was disappointing.
